God’s angels are ready to come to your aid

God’s Hope for Your Heart from Matthew 4

GOD’S ANGELS ARE READY TO COME TO YOUR AID

“Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and were ministering to Him.” -Matthew 4:11

Do you ever feel totally alone in your struggles? Do you ever feel like there’s nobody there to help when you need it most?

You’re not alone.

Think about this. Jesus stood firm through His season of temptation and angels were waiting for Him on the other side.  Though in one sense He had to face the ordeal on His own at the start, God the Father had special help on standby to make sure He was strengthened after the fight.

You will have struggles and temptations, and there will be seasons where it will feel like you have to “go it alone” in some ways.  Don’t forget, though, that your Heavenly Father is still right there with you, and He is ready to send help your way at just the right time.

No matter what you face today, may you be strengthened by the power of the Holy Spirit, may you learn to trust the Father no matter what trials come your way, and may you find courage in this powerful truth: God’s angels are ready to come to your aid.

-Pastor Phillip
