Great Leaders

GREAT LEADERS know when to step up, and when to step down.

They are ready to step in when needed, and willing to step aside when the people they serve need something and someone else.

They do not seize power to fuel their own ego, nor do they hold on to it to assuage their own insecurities.

Great leaders embrace “The Law of Seasons,” understanding that while no post or position lasts forever, the impression they leave on the people around them can.

So, may you have the courage to go beyond being merely a “good” leader who gets things done, and do the work to become a great leader who makes things better for the people who follow in your wake.
