Great question! The Streaming 101 course will teach you everything you need to know to start live streaming NOW, and will give you a great foundation to build on for where you want your stream to go NEXT.
The course also includes links to all the equipment you’ll need for your live stream, so you can get up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Here’s an overview of each of the sessions, and a little bit about each one.
YES! In addition to video content, the Streaming 101 course includes downloadable course content worksheets, diagrams of different example streaming setups, and Amazon wish lists to make it easy to purchase what you need for each one.
This is a video-based course, designed for you to be able to track your progress as well as have flexibility in the order in which you go through the lessons.
To access the course, you will log on to the course website and watch videos of each lesson while following along (if you’d like) in the course content worksheets.
We are exploring the possibility of also making the course content available via an audio download, but that is not ready at this time. We’d like to know if there’s a demand for that format, so if you have any feedback, please let us know when you sign up for your free bonuses!
I’m glad you asked!
For starters, I’ve helped all sorts of churches get set up for streaming success, from “house-church size” to “convention center size” congregations.
Beyond that, though, for over 20 years I’ve been fascinated by the ways we can use technology to bring people together.
From leading worship for my church at age 18, to becoming the Worship and Technology Pastor a few years after that, to diving in to Church and Business Consulting a few years after that, I’ve been happily connecting people with “just-right” solutions to help them share their message and reach their community.
Plus, not only have I gotten to work with dozens of churches through my consulting and training, but I’ve also been helping businesses get better results from their messaging, marketing and sales.
That, plus my degree in Communication Studies and my general “geeky” interests make me pretty confident I can help you take your next step toward streaming success!
